Rock Hill’s outdoor tables cluster in three spots: Technology Center Way near Old Town, where the Cambria Hotel’s 354 SkyBar and The Pour Market sit; The Perch at 502 Cherry Road near Winthrop University, home to Another Broken Egg and Off The Tracks Brewing; and Riverwalk, where The Pump House has a rooftop bar above the Catawba River.

How we made this list. We include a place only when its own website says it has a patio, rooftop or outdoor seating; a map tag or a review is not enough. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Rock Hill, the same data behind our local directory, plus places we found through the state’s SC Food Grades inspection database, each checked against its own site on Oct. 12, 2026. Weather closes patios, so call ahead on cold or wet days. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Have a patio we missed? The places

354 SkyBar is the rooftop bar on the sixth floor of the Cambria Hotel on Technology Center Way. Its page invites guests up for hand-crafted cocktails and takes reservations by phone. It opens at 5 p.m. every day.

Another Broken Egg Cafe at The Perch lists patio dining and a pet-friendly patio among its features, along with catering and free Wi-Fi. It opens at 7 a.m. daily.

Burgers and Barley on Cherry Road near Winthrop says its heated patio is open for holiday party bookings. It takes private parties as well.

First Watch on Cherry Road says it has an outdoor patio for breakfast, brunch or lunch, and it offers dine-in, takeout and delivery.

Off The Tracks Brewing at The Perch advertises a dog-friendly patio on its site and says dogs are welcome. Its site would not load for us during this update, so check there for hours.

The Pour Market is inside Rock Hill’s restored historic Power House. It describes a string-lit patio and a kitchen serving Italian sandwiches and pub food, and takes pickup and delivery orders online.

The Pump House rises five stories along the banks of the Catawba River at Riverwalk. Its rooftop bar opens at 4 p.m. on weekdays, and happy hour is served on the rooftop and the third-floor bar from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday to Thursday. The hours above are the restaurant’s.

Rock Taco on East Main Street in Old Town shows its patio in the photo gallery on its site. It takes reservations and books private parties.
