Something new to see on campus

Returning visitors will find a construction fence on Cherry Road. Winthrop said a new four-story, 400-bed residence hall will go up there. The site held the Wofford and Richardson high-rise residence halls, demolished in 2024. It is Winthrop’s first new construction since 2010, the university said.
