No Rock Hill restaurant had announced a Mother’s Day menu by Oct. 12, so this page lists regular Sunday brunch hours you can plan around now, plus Glencairn Garden, which is free and still in its March-to-May spring bloom season. We will add Mother’s Day menus and events as places post them.

The Pump House sits five stories above the Catawba River and publishes a separate brunch menu on its site. Another Broken Egg has a full bar with brunch cocktails, its site says. Glencairn Garden

The city’s 11-acre garden at 725 Crest St. began in 1928 as the backyard garden of David and Hazel Bigger and was deeded to the city in 1958. It is free and open daily from dawn to dusk. The city says spring, March to May, brings thousands of azaleas, wisteria, dogwoods, redbuds and flowering cherry trees, and summer’s crape myrtles and day lilies follow. Look for the fountain, the Japanese footbridge, the Children’s Garden and the Veterans Garden.

Gifts in Old Town

Visit Rock Hill’s Shop in Old Town list includes Green Space Plant Company, Friends Books on Main and Ramble On Records. The Mercantile, at 153 E. White St., has a coffee shop and wine bar inside, open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays, according to its own site. On Saturdays from spring to fall, the Old Town Market at Fountain Park sells produce, crafts and more; its 2026 season ran April 4 to Nov. 21, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. See our farmers markets guide.

  • Winthrop University Galleries are free and open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays, according to Winthrop’s arts calendar.
