Valentine’s Day 2027 falls on Sunday, Feb. 14. No Rock Hill venue had announced 2027 plans by Oct. 12, so this page shows what they did for Feb. 14, 2026, and the year-round date spots you can book now. Rock Hill Schools students are off the next day for Presidents’ Day and the February break.

• Kounter, in Old Town. Open for dinner until 9 p.m. Tuesday to Thursday and 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, with reservations through its own site; its sister bar, Elsie’s, takes no reservations.
• The Flipside Restaurant, 129 Caldwell St., 803-324-3547. Dinner 4 to 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday and Sunday brunch 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to its page.

Free and low-cost ideas

• Glencairn Garden, 725 Crest St. Free, open daily dawn to dusk. In winter the city says camellias bloom and winter honeysuckle scents the paths; daffodils and Lenten roses follow. See the city’s Glencairn page.
