Trash and city services
The city collects garbage on every holiday except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, according to its garbage page, so carts go out as usual on Labor Day. The routine, including yard waste and bulky items, is on our trash and recycling guide. We will add city office and library holiday hours here when they are posted; call 803-329-5620 before you make a trip.
