Black Friday is Nov. 27 and Small Business Saturday is Nov. 28. Rock Hill’s big indoor shopping center is the Rock Hill Galleria on Dave Lyle Boulevard; the independent shops are in Old Town, where the city runs free surface parking lots and two parking decks. The city’s holiday festival, ChristmasVille, brings a vendor village to Old Town the following week, Dec. 3-6.

Those are the mall’s regular hours carried into the holiday weeks. Malls often post special Black Friday and December hours in November, and anchor stores and restaurants set their own. Check the mall’s hours page, or the “tenant hours” search on the same page, before you go. The mall listed no events on its events page when we checked; we will add Santa photos or holiday events if it posts them.
Small Business Saturday in Old Town
Old Town’s independent shops sit along Main Street and the streets around Fountain Park. Visit Rock Hill’s Shop in Old Town list includes Friends Books on Main, Green Space Plant Company, Joe’s Classic Video Games, McFadden’s Mens Shop and Ramble On Records. The Mercantile, home of the Jackass Cafe and Wine Bar, is at 153 E. White St., according to its own site. Hours vary shop to shop and many independents post Small Business Saturday hours only on social media, so check before you go.

- ChristmasVille vendor village, Freedom Center, during the festival Dec. 3-6. The full festival schedule is on the ChristmasVille page and on our Christmas parade page.
- Merry Mosaic Holiday Shop, Boyd Hill Recreation Center, 1165 Constitution Blvd. Last year the city’s shop sold pottery, photography, paintings and tiles made by artists with intellectual disabilities in its therapeutic recreation programs, on weekdays Dec. 3-19, 2025, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to the city’s Parks, Recreation and Tourism bulletin. The 2026 dates are not out yet.
- Old Town Market: the Saturday farmers market at Fountain Park ends its season Nov. 21, the Saturday before Thanksgiving. See our farmers markets guide.

The city lists its downtown parking on its parking page:

- Free surface lots: City Hall, library and Law Center; Black Street; Hampton Street; White Street; and the First Presbyterian and First Citizens lot
